Job Description

Step into a role where your curiosity, logic, and technical talent truly make an impact!

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll shape secure access solutions from the first workshop to go‑live - translating client processes into smart configurations, workflows, and integrations.

You won’t just implement software. You’ll co‑create technical solutions that organizations rely on every day to work safely and smoothly.

Working closely with Project Managers, domain experts and clients, you’ll own the technical side of implementations: configuring the system, supporting clients, and ensuring everything behaves exactly as intended - today and long into the future.

If you love solving puzzles, enjoy collaborating, and want your technical decisions to have real-world impact, this is where you belong.

What You Will Do

  • Define functional and technical specifications -
Including configurations, integrations, and custom features, so both clients and internal teams have a clear blueprint.

  • Design tailored PIAM solutions -
By combining standard product capabilities with documented configurations and integrations.

  • Support Project Managers and clients -
Acting as the functional and technical expert to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent communication.

  • Configure and test solutions -
Ensuring implementations function as expected and meet client expectations and quality standards.

  • Deliver training -
Helping client teams effectively use the system, tailored to meet their unique needs and processes, in their daily operations.

  • Provide support -
Acting as second- or third-line support when needed.

What Success Looks Like

  • You manage 4–6 projects simultaneously while maintaining clarity and prioritization.

  • You deliver high-quality solutions on-time that increase client satisfaction and retention.

  • You proactively anticipate technical risks, bottlenecks, and unexpected changes.

  • You build strong relationships with clients and internal teams based on expertise, ownership, and effective training.

Why Join Us?

  • Own your agenda - manage 4–6 client projects independently, each in a different phase.
  • Pure focus on implementations - no account management, no sales, no commercial pressures.
  • Make real impact - your configurations, workflows, and integrations directly shape how clients work and access their environments.
  • Technical + functional growth - work hands‑on with system configuration, workflow logic, and client problem‑solving.
  • High autonomy, low bureaucracy - you control your planning and have real freedom in how you approach your projects.
  • Visible results - from first workshop to go‑live, you see the direct outcomes of your work.
  • Supportive expert team - collaborate with skilled Project Managers and fellow TPCs who enjoy solving complex challenges.
  • Project variety - deep technical implementations combined with lighter recurring check‑ins for long-term clients.
  • Meaningful work - contribute to secure access solutions that keep organizations running safely and efficiently.
  • Room to grow - gain responsibility early, develop technical and consulting skills, and influence how solutions are built.
