Job Description

Design and implement ID-ware Group Intranet portal as per requirements.
Define and implement the processes for the day-to-day management of the company's intranet portal.
Organize and structure intranet content to enhance accessibility and user experience.
Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
Define and implement backup/restore/archive and deletion policy for stored contents.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources and ensure seamless data flow.
Work with various departments to gather the relevant content for this portal.
Document and maintain guidelines for intranet usage and data organization.

Your profile

Basic understanding of SharePoint architecture (O365), and administration concepts.
Familiarity with intranet management principles and data organization strategies.
An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills.
