What do we offer?
To join our personalization department we are looking for someone from NOW until the end of September (32-40 hours / week).
We are also open to students looking to do an 'afstudeerstage' in combination with their MBO 3/4 education (IT related studies), which means the internship can last for the required time and can potentially turn into full-time employment after.
Job Description
The Personalisation Department is at the heart of ID-ware’s operations. We personalise smartcards and other tokens used for identification, building and site access, and various applications like vending machines, lockers, and printers. Our clients include major government organisations and multinationals, and we manage the entire service, including distribution, for a large part of the market.
What You’ll Do
As a student in our personalization department, you’ll support our team with the production and processing of smartcards and tokens. Your tasks may include:
Planning and administration of personalisation orders
Printing and visual quality control of personalised cards and materials
Sorting and packing cards and accessories
Creating and editing card layouts using our in-house software
Assisting with configuring personalisation software and equipment
Helping with daily maintenance and solving common equipment issues
Collaborating with the development team to improve processes
