Noor and
Amelie, are looking for you. You meaning a motivated and driven talent acquisition specialist to join our team and help us to strengthen and scale our talent acquisition efforts. From day one, you’ll be actively involved in managing and improving our hiring processes, working closely with hiring managers, and shaping how we attract and select talent.
As the first full-time talent acquisition specialist to join ID-ware, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership and have a real impact in this role. While we are excited to show you what we’ve set-up already, we are even more excited to hear your ideas and take our efforts to the next level - no worries, we don’t expect this to happen over night!
You’ll be reporting to
Amelie and be part of the Global HR & Recruitment team. Yes, global – meaning you’ll be recruiting for all our entities across Germany, Netherlands, Pakistan and the UK and across departments – from sales to software development.
To summarize the most important tasks:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles and locations
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Source, screen, and engage candidates across different platforms
- Own and monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness)
- Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring quality and candidate experience
- Work on recruitment-related projects aligned with business needs and your interests
Your profile
You don’t need to tick every box, but ideally you bring most of the following:
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Comfortable working with recruitment data, metrics, and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch, German and/or Urdu are a plus)
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural setup
- Based in or able to commute to The Hague area for regular office presence (hybrid setup)
