As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers navigating our solutions portfolio, from offers and service contracts to order status. You combine product knowledge with commercial instincts to guide customers toward the right solution, while keeping internal teams aligned every step of the way. As you grow into the role, you take on account management responsibilities for our existing clients in the Benelux as well as beyond, deepening relationships and identifying opportunities to provide added value.
You will be joining a close-knit, driven sales team made up of Account Managers and fellow Sales Representatives, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. The team is collaborative and friendly, with a no-nonsense culture where people genuinely enjoy working together. What you will do
- Creating and following up on offers, making sure customers get the best possible proposal
- Managing, maintaining and renewing service contracts
- Handling order follow-up and keeping customers informed on status
- Bridging internally with delivery, finance and procurement to get things done
- Supporting account management for existing customers
- Working across our German and UK entities
