Job Description
As a Technical Project Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that our solutions align with the clients needs and are implemented effectively. You will act as a bridge between our team and the client, providing technical specifications, configuration support, and product training to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to support project management efforts.

Responsibilities:
Specifications Development: Create and communicate detailed technical specifications for client solutions, covering configurations, custom interfaces, and solution definitions. Ensure that clients clearly understand the deliverables and value of our standard products, configurations, and any custom features, producing thorough documentation.

Solution Definition: Manage the solution framework, combining standard products and configurations tailored to meet each client’s specific processes. Where necessary, integrate custom interfaces to fully address client requirements.

Project Support and Client Communication: Provide content expertise to support Project Managers in key discussions, ensuring alignment on technical details and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Configuration and Testing: Oversee configuration and fine-tuning of the product during test phases, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and quality standards.

Product Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to help clients and their teams become proficient in using our applications, tailored to meet their unique needs and processes.
Your profile
Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey project updates, expectations, and requirements to both internal teams and clients.
Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing internal stakeholders and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to handle unexpected events and challenges effectively.
Proactive: Proactive approach to problem-solving and project planning, anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they arise.
Flexibility and Creativity: Ability to be flexible and creative in project planning, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each project.
Technical Skills: strong understanding of product configuration, technical specification development. 
Analytical: strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support solution definition and technical decision-making.
Language: We are looking for someone who speaks both fluent Dutch and English.
